Moonlight Hunters[2] (formerly known as Knight Five[3][4], Knight 5, and Half Night[5]) is an upcoming live-action/CGI hybrid series under the ZAG Heroez brand.
Synopsis[]
Set in London, the English-language skein turns on five high school friends who make a discovery on Halloween night that gives them the power to turn into a vampire, ghost, werewolf, creature, and witch, and protect the British capital from evil forces.[3]

- When Moonlight Hunters was first announced to the public, it was on the official ZAG website in 2013, but it was later removed in 2014. Because of this, there was little information about it, leading to speculation that it was canceled. Another series was also announced in 2012 called Knight 5, which similarly disappeared. However, on September 25, 2019, Jeremy Zag announced that Knight 5 and Moonlight Hunters were the same thing, and also announced that Moonlight Hunters was brought back into production under its original name.[6]
- On September 25, 2017, Jeremy Zag posted the first promotional artwork for the series on Instagram.
- The series has also been called Half Night.
- The series was announced with a budget of ā¬8 million ($10.1 million at the time).[3]
- Jeremy Zag described the series as Buffy the Vampire Slayer but with a kids' twist."[3]
